And don’t forget to view the profile of the suggested ERP Company and ask their current customers about their level of support.
Also you should consider your business volume as to know your company falls under which category small business or medium or it’s a big company. As example if you are running a medium business then you should ask the ERP vendor about the possibility of migrate the data in the future to a big system.
Small companies tend to enable apart from the ERP system by implementing some modules, so if you are in such a case then you should grant that adding new modules in the future will not affect or cause data loss to the system.
